Job summary

Pennybyrn in High Point, NC seeks a Maintenance Technician to join our life-enriching community. This full-time role covers routine and skilled maintenance of facilities, with on-call rotation every 8 weeks and responsibilities across electrical, plumbing, heating and air conditioning, daily upkeep, safety checks, and cosmetic changes.

Ideal candidates have at least two years of maintenance experience with large residential or commercial clients and a strong commitment to service.

Pennybyrn has an opportunity for a Maintenance Technician to join our innovative, inclusive, and compassionate life-enriching community!
This full-time position performs a variety of routine, non-routine, and skilled maintenance and repair of the facility's buildings and equipment. Maintenance also handles work orders for electrical, plumbing, heating, and air conditioning, as well as daily maintenance, safety checks, cosmetic changes, and miscellaneous needs. This position shares in on-call rotation once every 8 weeks. Ideal candidates for this position will have at least two year's maintenance experience with large volumes of residential and/or commercial clients. Candidates must also be dependable, have exemplary customer service, and committed to getting the job done right!
