Job summary

Horizon Land Management in Greenwood, IN seeks a Maintenance Tech to maintain mobile home communities and ensure safe, clean grounds. The role covers grounds maintenance, landscaping, winter plowing and salting, and repair of water/sewer lines as needed.

You will handle onsite structures and equipment maintenance, assist with evictions, troubleshoot issues, and respond quickly to emergencies. Prior maintenance or groundskeeping experience is a plus, with training available.

Qualifications

• Must be able to think outside the box and resolve issues quickly and effectively.
• Must be able to work independently.
• Must be able to multitask.
• Must be able to operate large machinery when necessary.
• Occasionally lift 50lbs or more.
• Alternate frequently between walking, crawling, crouching, squatting, climbing and sitting.

• Maintaining community grounds (trimming, mowing, trash pickup)

We are currently hiring a Community Hero (aka Maintenance Technician)

• Maintaining community grounds (trimming, mowing, trash pickup)

• Repair and maintenance of onsite structures, grounds and equipment, as needed
