Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East is hiring a Maintenance Technician for a fast-paced, high-tech manufacturing facility. You will troubleshoot, maintain, repair, and rebuild high-speed automated equipment to maximize production uptime and ensure safe operation.

The role requires hands-on mechanical and electrical work, with a schedule of 6:00 PM – 6:30 AM on a rotating basis. Pay is $25.00/hr with benefits starting on day one.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair production machinery and facility equipment.

• Support continuous improvement initiatives to reduce downtime.
• Manage maintenance parts inventory and communicate inventory needs.
• Complete end-of-shift reports and communicate effectively with the maintenance team.
• Inspect equipment to ensure safety, quality, and performance standards are met.
• Operate and monitor equipment while replenishing materials as needed.
• Clean and organize tools, equipment, and work areas.
• Follow all safety, quality, and environmental policies and procedures.

Schedule

6:00 PM – 6:30 AM

Rotating Schedule:

• Thursday – Saturday
• Wednesday – Saturday (as scheduled)
• Overtime and additional days may be available based on production needs.
