Job summary

Superior Trim is seeking a team-oriented Maintenance Technician for our Main facility. The role features weekday shifts and a minimum pay of $27.00/hour, with experienced applicants earning commensurate wages based on experience.

Throughout the Gardner family's ownership, we have invested in in-house technologies to produce cost-competitive, high-quality interior and exterior trim products for medium/heavy duty trucks and other commercial vehicles.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience in a production environment is preferred.
• Willingness to learn and work on weekday shifts.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventative / predictive maintenance of machinery, production equipment, and facility.
• Repair equipment and tooling to production standards.
• Stock and replenish parts with Purchasing to support maintenance and repair.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of plant and facility.

Job Details

Superior Trim - Main is looking for a team-oriented Maintenance Technician to join our Maintenance department. These are weekday shift openings and minimum pay is $27.00/hour. Experienced applicants can expect a wage commensurate with their experience.

Job Duties (include but are not limited to)

• Performing routine preventative / predictive maintenance of machinery, other production equipment, and facility.
• Repairing equipment and tooling as necessary as it pertains to production and the quality of production in accordance with established standards
• Stocking and replenishing necessary parts or equipment in coordination with the purchasing department and Maintenance Manager, to perform necessary maintenance and repair
• Maintain and improve cleanliness and organization of plant and facility

A Successful Applicant Will Have

• High school diploma, or equivalent
• Previous experience in a production environment desired
• Experience working with electrical systems, pneumatics, hydraulics, injection mold machinery, and timing sensitive mechanisms preferred, but not required.
• Relevant certifications, training, or course work preferred, but not required
• What is required is a eagerness to learn.
