• Inspect the facility on a regular basis to ensure the grounds, facility and equipment are maintained according to the facility policies and procedures.
• Maintain and monitor the fire alarm and emergency system.
• Be on-call to trouble shoot any maintenance emergencies.
• Assist in day-to-day maintenance of facility

The Maintenance Laborer works in tandem with the environmental techs in general maintenance and repair of the building and grounds.

Maintenance Tech Responsibilities:

• Inspect the facility on a regular basis to ensure the grounds, facility and equipment are maintained according to the facility policies and procedures.
