Resolute Road Hospitality is seeking a Maintenance Tech for the Hilton Garden Inn Boise. You will perform routine maintenance, repair work, and support the upkeep of guest rooms and public areas to ensure timely responses and proactive care.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repair tasks across the hotel’s interior and exterior areas.
• Walk the property to inspect cleanliness, condition, and safety.
• Maintain knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and shuttle systems.
• Respond to guest service requests and issues professionally and efficiently.
• Support pool and spa maintenance, including chemical testing and logbook upkeep.
• Assist with inspections, preventative maintenance, and safety tasks.
• Maintain clean and safe spaces and monitor inventory.
• Report equipment failures or safety concerns promptly.
• Maintain public areas and service corridors.

Your Role

As a Maintenance Tech, you’ll perform routine maintenance, complete repair work, and support the upkeep of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces. You’ll work closely with the Maintenance Manager and other team members to ensure timely responses to issues and proactive care for hotel systems. This role is ideal for someone who brings Grit to every task, works Stronger Together with the team, and takes pride in maintaining a safe and welcoming environment.

What You’ll Do

• Complete assigned maintenance and repair tasks across the hotel’s interior and exterior areas
• Walk the property regularly to inspect cleanliness, condition, and safety
• Maintain working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and shuttle vehicle systems
• Respond to guest service requests and reported issues with professionalism and efficiency
• Support pool and spa maintenance, including chemical testing and accurate logbook upkeep
• Assist with inspections, preventative maintenance routines, and safety compliance tasks
• Maintain clean and safe maintenance spaces and tools; monitor inventory of supplies and equipment
• Report and escalation equipment failures, unsafe conditions, or guest-related concerns
• Perform cleaning and upkeep in public areas such as hallways, stairwells, elevators, and service corridors
• Support shuttle transportation needs when required (valid driver’s license required)
• Follow company and brand standards, OSHA safety practices, and local codes
• Perform other duties as assigned
