Job summary

Inspire Communities is seeking a Maintenance Technician to help keep our manufactured housing communities in top shape. You will perform a variety of maintenance tasks, from appliance repairs to HVAC, plumbing, electrical, water/sewer systems, and environmental services, ensuring safety and quality for residents.

You will lead seasonal upkeep such as lawn care, pest control, snow removal, and pool/spa operations, and maintain equipment including trucks and lawnmowers.

Qualifications

• Hands-on maintenance experience with repairs and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of plumbing, landscaping, equipment maintenance, and pool care.
• Valid driver’s license for state of residence.
• Flexibility to handle on-call assignments when needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance tasks across appliances, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, water/sewer systems, and environmental services.
• Lead seasonal maintenance such as lawn care, pest control, snow removal, and pool/spa operations.

What You'll Do

• Keep equipment and tools, including company trucks and lawnmowers, in excellent working condition.
• Handle community repairs, such as fixing roads, driveways, sprinklers, and irrigation systems.

What We're Looking For

• Hands-on experience in maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting with minimal supervision.
• Knowledge of plumbing, landscaping, equipment maintenance, and pool care.
• A valid driver's license in your state of residence.
• Flexibility to handle on-call assignments when needed.
