Job summary

Labatt Food Service in Albuquerque, NM is seeking a Maintenance Technician to diagnose equipment, perform repairs, and support safety and uptime across our distribution centers.

You will respond to on-call situations, follow work orders, and keep accurate records while aligning with safety procedures. We offer paid training, competitive pay based on experience, and a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• Experience with plumbing, electrical, and refrigeration is preferred.
• Must be able to work in the freezer (0-10 degrees) and refrigeration.
• Must be capable of learning basic computer functions.
• Must be capable of keeping accurate records.
• Must be able to follow oral and written directions.
• Must bring a valid state-issued ID or driver's license, and proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
• Applicable candidates must pass pre-employment background check, drug test, and physical.

Maintenance Technician

We operate in a high-intensity, high-transaction logistics environment, supplying 14,000 items to food-away-from-home customers in Texas and New Mexico from 5 distribution centers.

Maintenance Technician Responsibilities

• Be able to diagnose equipment problems and make necessary repairs
• Follow all safety procedures
• Follow and complete work in the work order system
• Be able to be on call for emergency situations
• Responsible for any task assigned by management

Schedule

• Monday-Friday from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm and some weekends may be required
