Maple Leaf Foods Inc. in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a Maintenance Team Lead to guide the afternoon shift, supervise maintenance technicians, and ensure safe, efficient production.
You will coordinate preventive maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and maintain compliant facilities. Ideal candidates have 3 years of mechanical experience (5+ preferred), strong leadership, and knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, PLCs, VFDs, and control safety.
Pay: $36 - $38 per hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM
