The ideal candidate has HVAC knowledge, EPA certifications, and proven leadership, with experience in plumbing, electrical, drywall, appliance repair, and apartment turns.

Qualifications

• HVAC knowledge required.
• EPA certifications preferred.
• Leadership experience required.
• Background in plumbing, electrical and drywall helpful.
• Appliance repair skills advantageous.
• Experience with apartment turns and vendor management.
• Knowledge of residential repairs and using hand/power tools.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work on-call.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a team of Maintenance Technicians and assign work orders.
• Ensure timely completion of repairs and preventative maintenance.
• Coordinate with vendors for parts, service, and inspections.
• Manage supplies, inventory, and apartment turns.
• Respond to service requests and enforce safety standards.

Maintenance Supervisors are responsible for overseeing a team of Maintenance Technicians, ensuring work orders are being completed timely, working with vendors, supply ordering, apartment turns, service requests, and overall maintenance of the apartment community.
