Klingbeil Capital Management in Alexandria, VA is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations on-site. You will oversee the preservation of building assets, supervise a team of technicians, and ensure safety and high-quality service for residents.

The role requires 7+ years in facilities/restidential maintenance, HVAC certification, and strong communication skills. On-call rotation and a 40-hour work week are typical expectations.

Qualificações

• An education in the trades and 7+ years of experience in facilities and/or residential building maintenance.
• 3+ years of supervisory experience and a track record of hiring, developing and retaining high performing teams.
• HVAC, EPA and/or NAPE certification required.
• Knowledge of risk management, OSHA and MSDS.
• Advanced HVAC, plumbing, electrical and appliance repair skills.
• Basic carpentry, drywall, and painting skills.
• Experience with complex mechanical systems (central plant, split systems, boilers, chillers).
• Strong safety mindset, attention to detail and professional presentation.
• Excellent communication, on-site availability, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

What You Bring to Us:

• An education in the trades and 7+ years of experience in facilities and/or residential building maintenance

• Intermediate proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite and comfort using various technology platforms, apps and computer programs
• Availability for emergency situations at the property, including an on-call rotation
• The ability to exert 25 to 50 pounds of force frequently, and/or 10 to 20 pounds of force constantly, climb stairs, use ladders and work in varying weather conditions

The salary range represents the low and high end of Klingbeil Capital Management's salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to experience, education, training, location, merit system, quantity or quality of production, responsibilities, and regular and/or necessary travel. The range listed is just one component of Klingbeil Capital Management's total compensation package for employees.
