Job summary

Dominium Management Services, LLC in Pflugerville, TX is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to manage the upkeep of a 256-unit community and lead maintenance staff. You’ll oversee repairs, preventative maintenance, and readiness of vacant units while maintaining safety standards and resident satisfaction.

The role requires 3–5 years of maintenance experience, skills in carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, HVAC, and EPA knowledge, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of maintenance experience in property or facilities management.
• Advanced knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• HVAC and EPA experience preferred.
• CPO certification preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and insurance may be required.

Responsibilities

• Train, direct, motivate, and assist site maintenance personnel and other staff as assigned.
• Monitor property for any repairs or replacements that may arise.
• Complete work requests for common areas and apartment units.

We are currently seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to joinour team at, a 256 unit apartment community in Pflugerville, TX.

Position Summary

As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for the general appearance and maintenance of the physical property as well as leading the maintenance staff.

Responsibilities

• Train, direct, motivate, and assist site maintenance personnel and other staff as assigned
