You will manage work orders, coordinate with vendors, and ensure timely apartment turns while delivering excellent resident service. The ideal candidate has HVAC knowledge, strong leadership, and hands‑on skills in plumbing, electrical, drywall, and appliance repair.

Maintenance Supervisors are responsible for overseeing a team of Maintenance Technicians, ensuring work orders are being completed timely, working with vendors, supply ordering, apartment turns, service requests, and overall maintenance of the apartment community.
