Greystar is seeking a Service Supervisor for a Lease-Up property in San Diego, CA. You will oversee maintenance operations, supervise the team, and ensure high standards of safety, cleanliness, and functionality across the community.
This role requires hands-on maintenance experience, knowledge of building systems, and the ability to coordinate with residents and contractors while maintaining budgets and schedules.

This role oversees and performs technical and mechanical work that ensures the inside and external buildings, ground, amenities, and common areas of the community meet the Company’s standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety, and overall functionality.

Schedule: Monday-Friday; On call required; Weekend Availability required 9am-6pm *subject to change depending on business needs.
1-2 years of maintenance supervision experience required. Seeking a detail-oriented Service Supervisor with lease‑up and construction management experience. Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, and general building systems. Knowledge of OSHA regulations and commitment to workplace safety. Yardi, CRM, and happy property experience preferred.
The pay range for this position is $32.00 - $35.00/hour. (San Diego, CA) Many factors go into determining employee pay within the posted range including business requirements, prior experience, current skills and geographical location.
Corporate Positions: In addition to the base salary, this role may be eligible to participate in a quarterly or annual bonus program based on individual and company performance. Onsite Property Positions: In addition to the base salary, this role may be eligible to participate in weekly, monthly, and/or quarterly bonus programs.
