Client Growth Resources, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for a confidential beverage manufacturer in the Indianapolis area. You will lead maintenance technicians, prioritize safety and quality, and drive reliability across production equipment.

This hands-on role balances urgent repairs with planned maintenance, coaching technicians, coordinating with Production, Quality and Safety teams, and managing small projects while tracking costs and maintaining records.

Qualifikationen

• Five to seven years of relevant maintenance experience.
• At least two years of education beyond high school through college or technical school.
• Strong working knowledge of PLCs, industrial control networks, electrical systems, hydraulics, and production equipment.

• Support spare parts availability and effective maintenance storeroom practices.
• Partner with Production, Quality, and Safety teams to support food safety and dependable operations.
• Coordinate contractors and vendors while ensuring compliance with site safety requirements.
• Manage smaller maintenance and capital projects, including scheduling, resource coordination, and cost tracking.
• Maintain maintenance records and support established quality management standards.

• Direct experience troubleshooting electrical and mechanical systems.

• Familiarity with beverage processing, filling, and packaging equipment.

Work Environment

Approximately 75% of this role is spent in the manufacturing environment and 25% in an office setting. Hearing protection is required in designated areas. Occasional outdoor maintenance work may involve exposure to hot or cold temperatures.
