CSP in Ohio is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to organize and oversee daily/weekly work plans for the shift, ensuring timely completion of tasks and adherence to safety and quality standards.

You will lead a maintenance team, coordinate with other departments, and drive process improvements while ensuring budget and reliability. Experience in hydraulics and plant systems is essential.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent with mechanical or electrical tech focus.
• At least five years of maintenance experience, including supervisory duties.
• Strong planning, safety, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Organize daily or weekly work plans for each shift and ensure tasks are completed.
• Prioritize tasks and allocate resources to maximize company benefits.
• Establish and uphold safety, craftsmanship, and skill level standards.
• Collaborate with other departments to minimize disruptions.
• Maintain detailed knowledge of ongoing jobs and inspect work firsthand.
• Keep management informed on maintenance performance and challenges.
• Ensure work is completed on time, within budget, and safely, coordinating with planners.
• Mentor maintenance teams and provide constructive feedback.
• Advocate for process improvements for smarter maintenance.
• Delegate urgent tasks and ensure safe completion.
• Apply hydraulics knowledge to maintain and troubleshoot systems.
• Ensure safe work practices and training compliance.
• Timely completion and implementation of projects.
• Achieve goals related to cost and timing.
• Maintain PPAP, QS9000 and product-launch elements.
• Maintain housekeeping of maintenance and production areas.
• Manage utilities supply and distribution (water, steam, electricity, natural gas, compressed air, waste disposal).
