About the Role: The Maintenance Supervisor plays a critical role in ensuring the efficient operation and upkeep of all facility equipment and infrastructure. This position is responsible for overseeing the maintenance team, coordinating preventive and corrective maintenance activities, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. The Maintenance Supervisor will develop maintenance schedules, manage resources effectively, and troubleshoot complex mechanical or electrical issues to minimize downtime. This role requires close collaboration with other departments to support operational goals and maintain a safe working environment. Ultimately, the Maintenance Supervisor ensures that all maintenance operations contribute to the overall productivity and reliability of the facility.

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or associate degree in a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in maintenance roles, with at least 1 year in a supervisory capacity.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems.
