Qualifications

• Must have maintenance experience with HVAC understanding and equipment maintenance.
• Strong electronic troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with equipment maintenance and repairs.
• On-call rotation required.

Responsibilities

• Lead a maintenance team to deliver above standard service to residents and property.
• Manage on-call rotation responsibilities.
• Ensure safety and upkeep across the Eastgrove community and other properties.
• Coordinate with property management and residents to address maintenance needs.
