Job summary

Our client in manufacturing is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor on 1st shift to join the Maintenance Department supporting production operations in Norcross, GA. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, effective leadership, and excellent communication abilities to guide maintenance teams.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience as an industrial maintenance mechanic in a manufacturing environment.
  • 2–4 years in a supervisory capacity overseeing maintenance teams.
  • Experience in the food or meat industry; RTE experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in plumbing, 480v electrical systems, welding, refrigeration, hydraulic, and pneumatic controls.
  • Experience with PLCs and welding is a plus; strong computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel.
