Job summary

Junction City Mining is seeking an experienced maintenance supervisor to lead a plant team, ensure safety, and drive reliable equipment performance. You will manage inspections, coordinate preventive maintenance, and enforce MSHA compliance while supporting production goals.

This role requires strong leadership, welding knowledge, and clear communication with operators and management. Shift: Weekdays 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM; competitive pay and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision,

Qualifications

• Experience in a leadership role with team-building and communication skills.
• Experienced welder with knowledge of crushers, screening, gearboxes and conveyors.
• Must maintain reliable attendance and meet safety and performance standards.
• Must pass pre-employment physical and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance teams and ensure proper safety and compliance with MSHA regulations.
• Conduct routine inspections and maintenance using the company maintenance program.
• Perform secondary crushing operations when necessary and provide production reports to improve operations.
• Maintain housekeeping and drive continuous improvement in maintenance practices.

Plant Maintenance Supervisor Responsibilities:

• Responsible for ensuring proper safety and compliances with MSHA safety regulations.
• Build and lead efficient maintenance teams.
• Conduct and enforce routine inspections and maintenance practices using the company maintenance program.
• Conduct secondary crushing operations when necessary and provide production reports to improve operations.
• Maintain best practices for housekeeping.
