Job summary

The Keystone Distinction Group is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for overnight shift at a West Memphis beverage facility. You will lead maintenance technicians, prioritize preventive maintenance, and coordinate repairs to minimize downtime.

You'll manage work orders, collaborate with Production, Quality, and Safety teams, and develop the team through coaching and training, while ensuring food safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Five to seven years of relevant maintenance experience.
• Two years of education beyond HS through college or technical school.
• Strong knowledge of PLCs, industrial control networks, electrical systems, hydraulics and production equipment.
• Ability to organize workloads, guide technicians, and communicate priorities across departments.
• Ability to coordinate contractors, project schedules, and expenses.
• Strong planning, problem-solving, coaching, and communication skills.
• Availability to work the overnight rotation, including weekends and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Production, Quality, and Safety teams to maintain food safety and reliable operations.
• Coordinate contractors and vendors while ensuring site safety compliance.
• Manage smaller maintenance and capital projects, including scheduling, resources, and cost tracking.
• Maintain maintenance documentation and support established quality management standards.

Beverage Manufacturing | West Memphis Area, AR

Base Salary: $65,000–$90,000, depending on experience
Schedule: 6:00 PM–6:30 AM on a rotating 2-2-3 schedule, including weekends. Example rotation: work Tuesday–Wednesday, off Thursday–Friday, then work Saturday–Monday. Holiday coverage may be required.
Relocation: Assistance available for the selected qualified candidate.

About the Opportunity

We are recruiting a Maintenance Supervisor for a confidential liquid beverage manufacturer in the West Memphis area.

This role offers the opportunity to lead maintenance technicians, improve equipment reliability, and support a busy production operation. You’ll coordinate daily repairs, organize upcoming maintenance work, and develop a team focused on safe execution and preventing repeat breakdowns.

Preferred Qualifications

• Five or more years of maintenance experience in beverage, food processing, dairy, or brewing.

• Associate degree in a technical discipline or relevant trade school training.

• Experience in a proactive maintenance environment with structured planning and scheduling.

• Direct experience troubleshooting electrical and mechanical systems.

• Familiarity with beverage processing, filling, and packaging equipment.

Work Environment

Approximately 75% of this role is spent in the manufacturing environment and 25% in an office setting. Hearing protection is required in designated areas. Occasional outdoor maintenance work may involve exposure to hot or cold temperatures.
