Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor in Thornton, Colorado to oversee all maintenance operations at the community. This role includes managing service requests, conducting preventative maintenance, and ensuring compliance with safety standards.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage all maintenance operations of the community.
• Coordinate, schedule, and respond to resident requests.
• Ensure repairs and replacements for common areas and units.
• Inspect property for hazardous conditions.
• Supervise and train maintenance staff.
