Cushman & Wakefield seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to support our residential properties in San Antonio, TX. You will respond to service requests, prepare apartments, and perform diverse trades from plumbing to electrical work.
The role requires at least 3 years’ maintenance experience, a valid driver’s license, and knowledge of safety and housing regulations. You will travel between properties and participate in ongoing training as required.
The Maintenance Supervisor provides maintenance support and is accountable for delivering on our commitments to our residents. This includes quality move‑in, resident satisfaction, quality and timely service, and personal attention to our residents. The Maintenance Supervisor responds to our residents’ service requests and is instrumental in helping Cushman & Wakefield deliver superior customer service to our residents.
High School Diploma, GED, Trade, Technical, or Vocational school.
This job operates in a professional office environment. The role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines. Regularly required to travel outside between properties in varying weather conditions.

The employee may need to stand and walk for extended or continuous periods of time, ascend and descend staircases, ladders, and/or step stools, and may be required to travel outside between buildings in varying outdoor weather conditions. The employee may also be regularly required to remain in a stationary position (sit or stand) for 85% of the time, regularly operate office machinery, and travel up to 10% of the time. The employee must demonstrate the ability to exert up to 100 pounds occasionally, and/or up to 100 pounds frequently, and/or up to 100 pounds of force constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or move objects.

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role. The compensation for the position is: $28.90 - $34.00.
