Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Multifamily Maintenance Supervisor to streamline upkeep and deliver quality service to residents. On-site Mon-Fri 8:30-5:00 with on-call duties; you will respond to service requests, perform diverse repairs, and ensure safety and compliance across properties.
The role requires 3+ years of maintenance experience, EPA 608 Type II or CPO certification, and a valid driver’s license. You will maintain grounds and participate in trainings to uphold standards.
Maintenance Supervisor, Multifamily
The Multifamily Maintenance Supervisor provides maintenance support and is accountable for delivering on our commitments to our residents. This includes quality move-in, resident satisfaction, quality and timely service and personal attention to our residents. The Multifamily Maintenance Supervisor responds to our resident's service request and is instrumental in helping Cushman and Wakefield deliver superior customer service to our residents. Required on-site schedule MON-FRI 8:30-5:00pm, plus on call for emergencies.
High School Diploma, GED, Trade, Technical, or Vocational school
3+ years of related experience EPA 608 – Minimum Type II, or CPO, or local city required certificate
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. Regularly required to travel outside between properties in varying weather conditions.
