Maintenance Supervisor - First Shift

Position Overview

The Maintenance Supervisor will oversee the maintenance operations within a manufacturing facility, ensuring that all equipment is functioning optimally and maintenance tasks are completed efficiently. This role is critical in supporting production goals and maintaining a safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead the maintenance team to ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules and preventive maintenance programs.
• Conduct regular inspections of equipment and machinery to identify issues and prioritize repairs.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations in all maintenance activities.
• Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime and enhance production efficiency.
• Implement Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to improve maintenance processes and reduce waste.
  
  

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Maintenance Supervisor or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
