Job summary

Monster Energy is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to lead across three shifts in a high-volume beverage operation. You will build schedules, plan routine maintenance, run troubleshooting, and keep utilities, processing, packaging, and facilities running safely and efficiently while growing with a global brand.

The role demands 3-5+ years of maintenance leadership in manufacturing, CMMS usage, and strong reliability-minded approach; a B.E.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years leadership experience in maintenance or technical operations in high-volume manufacturing.
• Experience leading maintenance across multiple shifts in a 24/7 operation.
• Strong understanding of equipment reliability, preventative/predictive maintenance and root cause analysis.
• Experience using CMMS to manage work orders and maintenance schedules.

Responsibilities

• Provide shift leadership and direction to the maintenance team.
• Plan routine maintenance shutdowns and troubleshoot with the team.
• Ensure logging of spare parts and adherence to preventive maintenance schedules.
• Monitor utilities, production, and facilities for reliability and uptime.

A day in the life:

We're looking for a Maintenance Supervisor who knows how to lead through growth and keep a complex operation moving. This isn't a sit-behind-a-desk leadership role. You'll need to think strategically, work tactically, and be comfortable leading maintenance across all three shifts. From building and managing schedules to planning routine maintenance shutdowns and troubleshooting alongside your team, you'll play a critical role in keeping our utilities, processing, packaging, and facilities running safely, smoothly, and efficiently. The impact you'll make:

• Shift Management, Leadership and Decision Making Provide guidance and direction to the maintenance team.
• Follow through on plans provided by management and pass down any updates for the following shift. Train and document new/temporary employees in their areas.
• Enforce company policies, and ensure maintenance personnel follow SOPs and guidelines in key areas such as logging spare parts removed from parts crib, follow preventative maintenance schedules, and advise upper management in a timely fashion when concerns are observed of maintenance problems.
• Monitoring, Preventative Maintenance and Troubleshooting document and report any abnormalities. Monitor utilities areas, production areas, and facilities areas.
• Ensure completion of shift’s assignments with complete thoroughness and ensure all parts used and any findings are properly reported. Troubleshoot equipment problems with maintenance team and be engaged in all areas.
• Process Improvements provide input to changes, work with vendors or contractors on issues. Collaborate with management to improve reliability and efficiency of equipment. Support the maintenance department improvements through supporting the initiatives.

Who you are:

You're a hands-on maintenance leader who knows how to keep a high-volume manufacturing operation moving. You can see the bigger picture, build a plan, and then get on the floor with your team to make it happen. You're direct, decisive, and comfortable leading through change—especially in a fast-moving environment where safety, quality, and uptime matter.

You bring:

• 3-5+ years leadership experience in maintenance, engineering, or technical operations within a high-volume beverage or manufacturing environment
• Experience leading maintenance teams across multiple shifts, including scheduling, staffing, shift handoffs, and allocating resources in a 24/7 operation.
• A strong understanding of equipment reliability, preventative and predictive maintenance, root cause analysis, and reducing planned and unplanned downtime.
• Experience using a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) to manage work orders, preventative maintenance schedules, equipment history, and maintenance activity.
• The ability to use maintenance data and KPIs to identify trends, prioritize work, and drive continuous improvement.
• Knowledge of maintenance and continuous improvement methodologies such as Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM), Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), Total Quality Management (TQM), or Maintenance Excellence.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field is preferred.

Monster Energy provides competitive total compensation. The estimated annual salary range for this position is listed below. Actual compensation may vary based on skills, qualifications, experience, and work location.

Pay Range

$95,000 - $105,000 USD
