Job summary

Hertz is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor in Detroit, MI to lead the maintenance team and oversee repair and servicing of vehicles across locations. You will provide administrative support, manage maintenance staff, and ensure service metrics are met while maintaining effective control of invoices and scheduling.

The role requires 2+ years in a supervisory capacity, knowledge of rental car operations, and strong communication skills. Some weekend/overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 2+ years in a management or supervisory role overseeing the repair and maintenance of vehicles.

Responsibilities

• The primary purpose of the Maintenance Supervisor is to provide administrative support to all maintenance functions.
• Communicate daily task to staff to reach outlined service metrics and goals.
• Responsible for maintaining, and processing invoices.
• Responsible for coordinating schedules for service maintenance on all vehicles within the Pool as needed.
