• Ability to negotiate with vendors and manage supplies.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance team and ensure timely work order completion.
• Work with vendors, order supplies, and manage apartment turns.
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure property maintenance.
• Participate in emergency on-call rotation when necessary.
