Qualifications

• Completion of secondary school diploma or GED; associates or bachelor’s in Industrial Maintenance preferred.
• Journeyman certification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coach, and develop a team of maintenance technicians.
• Maintain production equipment to standard and minimize downtime.
• Ensure safety and compliance with OSHA, LOTO and site policies.
• Coordinate maintenance tasks with production lines and contractors.
• Maintain CMMS data accuracy and support continuous improvement.
