Responsibilities

• Make regular inspections of the grounds and buildings.
• Make repairs or replacements as necessary with approval.

• Maintain inventory of tools and supplies.
• Be available for emergencies when assigned.
• Ensure compliance with Washington State Residential Landlord & Tenant Act.
