Job summary

Latitudeinc in the United States is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead industrial maintenance activities, ensuring equipment reliability, minimizing downtime, and maintaining a safe work environment.

You will supervise technicians, plan preventive and corrective maintenance tasks, troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, manage maintenance inventory and CMMS records, and support budgeting, forecasting, and capital projects at the Baltimore facility.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and mentor a team of industrial maintenance technicians and mechanics
• Plan, schedule, and assign preventive and corrective maintenance tasks
• Ensure maximum uptime of production equipment, machinery, and facility systems
• Troubleshoot complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
• Coordinate emergency repairs to minimize production disruptions
• Develop and maintain preventive maintenance (PM) programs
• Review and improve maintenance procedures for efficiency and cost control
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety standards
• Manage maintenance inventory, spare parts, and vendor relationships
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and reports using CMMS systems
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and controlling maintenance expenses
• Support capital improvement projects and equipment installations

Position Summary

The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for leading and coordinating all industrial maintenance activities within a manufacturing or production facility.
