Job summary

Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead preventive and predictive maintenance, perform root cause analysis, and keep the plant running at company standards.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree with 3–5 years of related experience and leadership, or a High School Diploma with extensive maintenance and leadership background; Electrical or Vocational certification is also acceptable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 3-5 years of related experience and 0 to 1+ years of leadership experience.
• High School Diploma with 6-8+ years of specific experience and 2 to 3+ years of leadership experience.
• Electrical Certification, Vocational Certification or Bachelor’s Degree.

Responsibilities

• Maintain preventive and predictive maintenance programs and perform root cause analysis.
• Maintain a safe work environment, lead safety meetings and inspections, and enforce lock-out/tag-out program.
• Ensure equipment and plant operate to company standards and support machine troubleshooting.
• Coordinate service calls and repairs in a compliant stockroom; other duties as assigned.

• Shift: Full Time, 1st Shift, 5:30am start, Monday-Friday with some weekends

Position Responsibilities:

• The Maintenance Supervisor maintains preventive and predictive maintenance programs, failure and root cause analysis
• A responsibility of the Maintenance Supervisor is to maintain safe work environment, host safety meetings, ensure safety compliance shop safety inspections, and enforce lock-out/tag-out program
• This role will ensure equipment and plant is maintained by the Maintenance Supervisor and operating at company standards
• Additionally, you will ensure service calls and machinery repairs, in a compliant stockroom, are completed in a timely manner as well as support mechanics with machine troubleshooting
• Other projects or duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree with 3 to 5 years of related experience and 0 to 1 plus years of leadership experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma or Technical School Certification with 6 to 8 plus years of specific experience and 2 to 3 plus years of leadership experience
