Habitat America, LLC seeks a skilled Maintenance Supervisor in Denton, MD to oversee general apartment maintenance at Riverwoods properties. You will manage repairs, coordinate with contractors, and drive timely unit turnovers while supporting after-hours on‑call responsibilities.

Candidates should have 3+ years of apartment maintenance and solid experience with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliances. HVAC/CFC certifications are a plus; boiler experience is highly desired.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of apartment maintenance experience.
• Intermediate to advanced HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair skills.
• HVAC and CFC certifications are a plus; boiler experience preferred.
• Oversee work by contractors and coordinate with county inspectors.
• Availablity for after-hours on-call rotation and emergency responses.

• Perform general apartment maintenance and respond to tickets.
• Assist with unit turnovers and on-call emergencies.
