Job summary

Robin Industries, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance for production equipment and facilities at our Millersburg, OH site. The role requires coordinating repairs, installing and maintaining systems, and enforcing safety and preventative maintenance programs.

You will supervise maintenance staff, plan training, and ensure timely execution of work orders while collaborating with engineering and production teams to minimize downtime.

Qualifications

• High School graduate with technical school certification in industrial maintenance preferred.
• Must be able to perform basic math.
• Must be able to read blueprints and electrical schematics.
• Minimum of 3 years industrial maintenance experience, preferably in molding operations.
• Experience operating mills, lathes, drill presses to machine/repair components for molds and fixtures.
• Able to work any shift and overtime as needed.
• Willingness to learn and grow; may require additional training.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise maintenance activities for planning, layout, installation, repair, and maintenance of production equipment and facilities.
• Plan, promote, and organize training for maintenance personnel.
• Assign work based on production needs and skills; monitor progress and take corrective action as needed.
• Arrange for materials and supplies; ensure quality and quantity of maintenance work.
• Install, relocate, or repair machinery and service systems; troubleshoot and repair components.
• Maintain preventative maintenance program to maximize machine uptime and keep areas clean and safe.
• Coordinate with management, engineering, and production to resolve maintenance problems.
