Miller's Health Systems, Indiana, seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to manage the physical plant and grounds while ensuring safety for patients and visitors. You will lead the maintenance team, enforce policies, and uphold regulatory standards.

The role requires hands-on maintenance knowledge, supervisory ability, strong communication, and a commitment to excellent service. Full-time, 7:30am-4pm with on-call responsibilities; $25.00/hr.

Formación

• Understand electrical, plumbing, and heating with general maintenance abilities.
• Healthcare experience and willingness to learn, follow, and teach safety standards.
• Some supervisory experience and ability to lead a small team.
• Good communication skills.
• Passionate about delivering great customer service.
• Able to work as part of a dedicated team.
• Professional and appropriate in appearance and behavior.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee the general upkeep of the physical plant, property and grounds.
• Ensure patient and visitor safety, comfort and satisfaction.
• Oversee the Maintenance staff.
• Adhere to State and Federal safety, infection control, and other standards.
• Prioritize and respond to requests from departments, patients, families and staff.
• Maintain and prioritize a task list.
