Job summary

Pilgrim’s is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance activities across the facility and lead a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will ensure optimal equipment performance, reliable utility systems, and safe, efficient operations.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED with 3+ years in poultry/food manufacturing maintenance; Bachelor’s preferred. Strong leadership, PLC/electrical, and hands-on mechanical skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience: Minimum 3years of maintenance experience in poultry or food manufacturing.
• Experience with processing equipment and industrial maintenance systems.
• Skills: Working knowledge of refrigeration, PLCs/electrical systems, proficiency in plumbing, welding, hydraulics, pneumatics, and mechanical systems, strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance team responsible for repair, installation, and upkeep of plant equipment, facilities, and utility systems.
• Plan, assign, and monitor work schedules to ensure timely and effective completion of maintenance activities.
• Maintain production equipment to minimize downtime and ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
• Develop and manage preventive maintenance programs to ensure consistent execution and equipment reliability.
• Troubleshoot maintenance issues and support team members in problem-solving and technical development.
• Support facility improvements and manage procurement of tools, equipment, and supplies to drive efficient operations.

Maintenance Supervisor

Pilgrim’s is looking for a Maintenance Superintendent to supervise and coordinate maintenance activities across the facility. This role ensures optimal equipment performance, reliable utility systems, and efficient facility operations while leading maintenance teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise maintenance team responsible for repair, installation, and upkeep of plant equipment, facilities, and utility systems.

What You’ll Need:
