Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of facility/plant maintenance experience.
• 3+ years supervisory experience in maintenance operations.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various positions for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance staff and direct daily activities.
• Respond to maintenance service requests and coordinate restoration with minimal tenant disruption.
• Diagnose equipment malfunctions and implement corrective actions.
• Provide hands-on training on tools, procedures, safety, and troubleshooting.
• Oversee the preventative maintenance program and scheduling.
• Manage parts inventory and supplier relationships; assist Chief Engineer when needed.
