PCI Pharma Services seeks a Maintenance Supervisor for the 3rd shift (Mon–Thu, 9:00pm–7:00am) at our Rockford, IL site. Responsible for developing cost-effective lean maintenance processes, staff oversight, and ensuring equipment reliability and safe working conditions.
You will lead cross-functional teams, drive OEE improvements, and ensure compliance with PCI, cGMP, and GCP policies. The role may require overtime and weekend work; a competitive benefits package is offered.

The Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for developing and managing business processes and employees that provide cost effective lean maintenance services that ensure equipment reliability, asset preservation, and safe working conditions.

The hiring range for this position is $69,920 -$78,660 annually plus eligibility for an annual performance bonus. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including but not limited to specific and relevant experience, education, credentials, geography, and subject matter expertise.
