Job summary

Dover Food Retail in Richmond, VA is seeking a capable Supervisor, Maintenance to lead a team of hourly skilled employees in a highly automated environment. You will ensure repairs are performed safely, on time, and to quality standards.

You'll hire/train staff, organize schedules, oversee budgets, read electrical/hydraulic/pneumatic schematics, and drive maintenance efficiency while upholding Dover's values and safety policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 4 years’ experience in a leadership position (team lead, team captain, supervisor, shift lead, etc.)
• At least five years of maintenance experience required.
• Ability to read electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics.
