This is a temporary role.

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Maintenance Supervisor to join our team of professionals at Benchmark Senior Living. The Maintenance Supervisor is primarily responsible for all maintenance and housekeeping functions within an assisted living facility. This role involves hands-on operational duties as well as administrative responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate people and tasks to perform repairs and alterations to buildings and equipment systems.
• Provide technical support, product information, research, and quality assurance guidance.
• Establish and monitor a preventative maintenance program to promote well-being and aesthetic appeal for residents and staff.
• Maintain OSHA and fire code compliance.
• Perform other maintenance functions as required.
• Demonstrate strong maintenance skills and experience in managing maintenance operations.
• Possess previous maintenance and housekeeping management experience in a long-term care or assisted living facility.
• Have a solid working knowledge of building systems, including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, with an emphasis on HVAC.

• Ability to successfully manage a maintenance and housekeeping department.
• Experience in facilities management.
• Previous supervisory experience.
• Strong diagnostic skills and attention to detail.
