Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance operations at the community, handle service requests, preventive maintenance, and safety compliance. You will work closely with the Community Manager to supervise staff and vendors to keep the property well-maintained.

This onsite role requires hands-on leadership, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to customer service. Regular daily presence on site is expected to ensure timely resolutions and quality

MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR

The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for all maintenance operations of the community, including service requests, preventative maintenance, personnel management, compliance with safety standards, and customer service. The Maintenance Supervisor works alongside the Community Manager in ensuring the responsibility of overseeing the activities of assigned staff and vendors to ensure the maintenance of the property.
