Branex Group is seeking a experienced supervisor to lead the body shop maintenance team in a multi-shift environment. You will oversee mechanics and electricians, start each shift with a 30-minute kickoff, and stay hands-on to keep production lines running efficiently.
This role requires 8+ years of maintenance or leadership experience, an Associate’s degree, and the ability to train on the first shift for ~2–3 weeks. Weekend coverage may be required.
Long term contract - potential to go direct or be extended
Approximately 16 hours of overtime a week
Must be open to all 3 shifts
Rotation is based on what the group leaders like to do
They can work any of the 3 shifts – need to be open to working any shift
Will train on 1st shift initially for approx. 2-3 weeks
They work every other weekend, maybe one weekend a month
