Job summary

Ford Motor Company is seeking a leadership-level supervisor to guide transformation in our manufacturing operations. This salary-grade-7 position focuses on culture, performance, and operational efficiency across plant floors.

You will lead teams, drive safety and quality improvements, and shape the future of our smart vehicles. A strong background in supervision and PLC knowledge is preferred, with a flexible shift schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and 3–7+ years of supervisory, manufacturing, military, or related experience.
• Ability to work rotating shifts including nights and weekends.
• Fundamental working knowledge of PLC logic and controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead transformation on the manufacturing front to shape culture, drive performance, and improve quality and efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize operations and ensure safe, efficient production.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and mentor frontline leaders.

This position is a salary grade 7 and ranges from $86,600-$144,900.
