Job summary

Cintas Corporation in Solon, OH is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance at our facilities, overseeing mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems.

You will manage planning, scheduling, budgeting, safety programs, and mentor a maintenance team while coordinating with internal stakeholders to keep operations running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience repairing industrial processing equipment in an industrial environment or in the military.
• Minimum 2 years' supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of wiring, electrical, electronic components, pipe systems and plumbing, machinery.
• Experience with maintenance management including planning, scheduling, budgeting, vendor management and maintenance mgmt systems.
• Ability to read maintenance literature printed in English.
• Experience with blueprints; ability to read blueprints.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and intranet/internet.
• Able to stand for up to 7 hours; on-call 24 hours.
• High School Diploma/GED.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance activities at Cintas facilities and improve equipment reliability.
• Manage and schedule facility and equipment work assignments.
• Perform and schedule preventative maintenance.
• Develop and implement safety processes.
• Manage budgets and report on maintenance.
• Identify suppliers and negotiate with service companies.
• Train, supervise and mentor maintenance staff.
• Maintain staffing levels and respond to alarms.

Job Description

Cintas is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead all maintenance activities at our Cintas facilities. Responsibilities include improving functionality and reliability of all production and facility equipment including but not limited to mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems equipment and components; managing and scheduling all facility and equipment work assignments; performing and scheduling all preventative maintenance assignments; developing and implementing safety processes and procedures; managing building, equipment, capital expenditures and parts and labor budgets; preparing maintenance reports; identifying and evaluating parts suppliers, negotiating with inside and outside service companies; conducting training for all maintenance staff; supervising and mentoring maintenance team; maintaining staffing levels and responding to emergency alarms.

Skills/Qualifications

Required

Compensation

A reasonable estimate of base salary for this role ranges between $81,000 - $105,000/Year. The range takes into account factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, and other business and organization needs. Please note, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decision are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each decision.
