Job summary

Shamin Hotels is seeking a skilled Hotel Engineer to troubleshoot and repair hotel equipment, HVAC and electrical systems, and to perform preventive maintenance to ensure guest comfort and safety.

The role requires coordinating with maintenance staff, diagnosing issues, and delivering cost-efficient solutions while staying within budget. The position is on-site, as part of a growing hospitality group with a broad footprint across states.

Position Overview

As a hotel engineer, it's your job to troubleshoot and repair hotel equipment, facilities, and systems (including HVAC and electrical). Your job duties include performing preventative maintenance, making regular inspections, coordinating the maintenance staff, diagnosing potential problems, and staying within budget.
