Calqulate Metrics Ltd in Prattville, AL is seeking a Maintenance Shift Supervisor to lead a on-site maintenance team at a growing food and beverage plant. You will ensure safety, quality, and environmental results while helping set enduring maintenance practices.

You will oversee daily work orders, coordinate with planning, drive preventive maintenance, and coach technicians to improve OEE in a fast-paced environment.

Competenze

• Engineering or technical degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• 5+ years leading or supervising maintenance in manufacturing.
• Food, beverage, or CPG experience preferred; other industries will be considered.
• Strong hydraulic, pneumatic, drive, and industrial electrical troubleshooting background.
• ERP-based CMMS experience required.
• A floor-first leader who is credible with technicians.
• Communicates clearly and holds a crew accountable through a full shift.

Overview

A major global food and beverage company recently opened one of the newest plants in its network in central Alabama and needs a maintenance supervisor to run a shift crew. The equipment and automation are current generation, and the operation is young enough that this person will help set the habits the maintenance department runs on for years. The company puts real investment behind its people and plants, and expects a leader who is visible on the floor.
