Job summary

Renew Cannabis Co. is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead our facility maintenance and repair efforts at our Sinking Spring, PA location. You will oversee the custodial team, manage schedules, and ensure equipment and building systems run efficiently.

The role requires strong maintenance planning, safety compliance, and leadership skills. You will drive improvements in reliability, coordinate with contractors, and support a high-performing team in a regulated cannabis operation.

Qualifications

• Lead facility maintenance and repairs

• Uphold schedules, maintenance budget, and plan equipment, building and staffing needs

• Ensure building and equipment cleanliness standards are met and maintained, and oversee custodial team

• Manage HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and fire safety systems and keep technology up to date

• Assist Maintenance and facility management team in working with contractors, vendors, address maintenance and emergency situations promptly
