Hillpointe is recruiting a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee all maintenance operations, ensuring safety, functionality, cleanliness, and an attractive community appearance for residents. The role requires coordinating service requests, prepping vacant units for move-in, managing inventory, and supervising vendors and staff.
The position includes on-call rotation, evening and weekend availability, and support for new property openings and onboarding of maintenance staff.
