Sienna Nursing is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations ensuring safety, functionality, and regulatory compliance. You will hire and supervise maintenance staff, oversee preventive maintenance programs, and coordinate with contractors to maintain critical facility systems.

Qualifications

• Healthcare or long-term care facility maintenance experience.
• Experience with HVAC, boiler, water, and emergency systems.
• Ability to implement and manage a preventive maintenance program.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance operations: hire, train, and supervise maintenance team members.
• Promote safety and compliance: conduct and document fire system inspections and coordinate monthly fire drills.
• Oversee preventive maintenance: develop and implement a preventive maintenance program.
• Maintain equipment: inspect, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, boilers, water systems, laundry equipment, and generators.
• Manage supplies and budget: order maintenance supplies and equipment while adhering to budget guidelines.
• Supervise external contractors: oversee and coordinate work by external contractors.
• Maintain standards: ensure safety, operation, and regulatory compliance of facility and equipment.
• Train staff: provide job-specific training and promote adherence to safety procedures.
• Coordinate schedules: plan department staffing according to census needs and labor budgets.

We’re seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Maintenance Supervisor to join our growing team! In this role, you will lead maintenance operations to ensure the facility remains safe, functional, and compliant. Your Impact as a Maintenance Supervisor

In this role, you will:
