Job summary

Landmark Realty is hiring for an on-site Maintenance Supervisor at The Bridges at Foxridge Apartments. You will lead a team responsible for diagnosing and repairing HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywall, appliances, and related tasks, while overseeing make-ready and site upkeep.

The role requires 3+ years of residential property maintenance, HVAC certification, strong leadership and communication, and a valid driver’s license. Benefits include medical, 401(k), and housing discounts.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of residential property maintenance experience.
• HVAC certification required.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
• Proficient in MS Office and able to learn new programs.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site maintenance staff in the diagnosis of problems and repairs related to HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywall, appliances, and anything else that may come up
• Supervise and train maintenance and make-ready employees
• Review and oversee property appearance, curb appeal, work order completion, shop organization, inventory control, and make-ready management
• Ensure preventive maintenance is completed in a timely manner
• Review safety procedures to ensure that all employees are adhering to the process
